reduce typing mistakes and to speed up the indexing process, the system
introduce a powerful module -- Zoning Setup, which has the following
tools:
OCR can be used to read indexing zones defined by document class.This allows the index operator simply check the accuracy of the OCR rather than keying in every index field by hand. Zoom indexing can be used to speed up the manual indexing.Every time the operator keys in the index, the region contains the index information will be zoomed in for better viewing. User-definable validation scripts catch both manual and OCR index errors.For example, if a field is a telephone number, it will prevents OCR from mistaking a "1" with an "I".Some more examples will be check digit, validation rules, database lookup and etc.
